The time has come to put money down to secure our plans. The cost for dinner Saturday night will be $125 per person.
The final number of people joining us will determine where specifically we go. The more folks who opt in, the more money we have, the more choices are open to us.
We will make reservations in early-February, and a deposit will be due to secure the booking. After January 31st, we will try to accommodate late additions as we are able, but it will depend on the restaurant and seating availability on a first-come first-served basis.
Dinner will be fully refundable till January 31st. After January 31st, we will refund 50% of the total ticket price. After March 1, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Should anyone happen to get sick with COVID days before travel and must quarantine, we will refund 25% of the total payment. Just send a positive test result.
Payments will be collected using Zelle. To pay, use this email address or Lance’s phone number, if you know it. Checks are also fine, just reach out to us for the mailing address.
